Candles
All of our candles are final sale. No returns or refunds on candles and discovery sets.
Fashion & Footwear
Fashion and footwear purchased at full price can be returned for an exchange or credit note. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
The following criteria must be met:
Must be in perfect, unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged condition with its original tags intact.
Please note the items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will be returned to you and not processed for an exchange or credit note.
Your item must be received by Ikos Home within 7 days from date of delivery.
Jewelry
Jewelry cannot be exchanged, credited, or refunded.
Faulty Items
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. A thorough check of your item is undertaken before it is sent off. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately by emailing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process. Lost / Stolen Parcels
Please note, any lost / stolen parcels are not the responsibility of Ikos Home and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on lost parcels.
All tracking details will be provided at the time of disbursement from our warehouse.
